When Worship Feels Heavy: A Spiritual Diagnosis Before Ramadan
Date: Friday, February 13th, 7:30PM
Do you ever feel like your spiritual life is a struggle rather than a source of comfort? As we approach the holy month of Ramadan, many of us feel the pressure to perform, yet we may find ourselves feeling spiritually drained, disconnected, or heavy-hearted. The Islamic Center of Greater Austin (ICGA) invites you to a special pre-Ramadan seminar with world-renowned speaker and author, Ustadha Yasmin Mogahed. In this session, we will dive deep into a "spiritual diagnosis" to understand why worship can sometimes feel like a burden and how we can shift our hearts back toward a state of ease, love, and connection with the Divine.
