This covers individuals who owe a debt that they did not acquire through disobedience to Allah and His Messenger (PBUH), and it has become impossible for him to pay it off. This covers Muslims who have a debt out of their control and not from negligence.
These funds go to the direct relief of paying off the debt for our Muslim brothers and sisters. This helps relieve them of this burden and allows them to elevate and move forward in supporting themselves and families.
